Thank you to everyone who has been donating! Peter faces up to 2,250 in fines, restitution to Franklin county, of an undetermined amount, and jail time. His Pretrial is Thursday December 15, 2016 and he would appreciate supporters holding a rally outside of the court house at 375 South High Street, Columbus, Ohio 43125. Since there is a reprieve in the building of the Dakota Access Pipeline while the Army Corp. does an EIS this can be a VICTORY rally!
Appalachia Resist! is also ramping up our campaign to stop Fracking in Wayne National Forest and will need direct action funds.
